The reason of this makeover is to full fill our client wishlist and of course to make them feel worthed for every penny they spend. There are several reason why your garden need to makeover/redesign.
1. Concept and design may not suitable with their lifestyle.
2. Lack of privacy from neighbour.
3. Type of plants are not suitable for their environment.
4. Difficult to maintain the garden.

When we want to create/design an outdoor living, the designer must understand customers lifestyle.
2. When their free time to enjoy the garden, maybe Morning time to having breakfast or Evening/Night time having ''minum kopi/makan goreng pisang'' (Malaysian Culture).
3. To gathered some customers family information such as how many person in their house? or how old their children?
4. To understand their environment especially of East and West direction.
5. Ask customers any dislike/taboo (''pantang/feng shui''. Especially in Malaysian culture some are they didn't like or having and issue to some of color flower.
6. Create/design outdoor living space to enjoy with family or entertain their visitors such as place some stool, table or benches under wakaf/gazebo.
7. Create some partition (''Dinding Seri''-refer to the picture) between neighbour space to respect their privacy and to create a private personal discussion or space while having party.
8. Don't forget to place some lighting effect near at sitting area to create a mood as a resort feeling.
9. Choice a tropical design at your garden to make easy/less maintenance but not free maintenance. This is because tropical design is more suitable with our weather and the character of plants with big leave and there is no seasoning plants.
