The reason of this makeover is to full fill our client wishlist and of course to make them feel worthed for every penny they spend.  There are several reason why your garden need to makeover/redesign.

1. Concept and design may not suitable with their lifestyle.

2. Lack of privacy from neighbour.

3. Type of plants are not suitable for their environment.

4. Difficult to maintain the garden.

Here how we solved this problems :

When we want to create/design an outdoor living, the designer must understand customers lifestyle.

1. How many person in their family?

2. When their free time to enjoy the garden, maybe Morning time to having breakfast or     Evening/Night time having ''minum kopi/makan goreng pisang'' (Malaysian Culture).

3. To gathered some customers family information such as how many person in their house? or how old their children?

4. To understand their environment especially of East and West direction.

5. Ask customers any dislike/taboo (''pantang/feng shui''. Especially in Malaysian culture some are they didn't like or having and issue to some of color flower.

  

6. Create/design outdoor living space to enjoy with family or entertain their visitors such as place some stool, table or benches under wakaf/gazebo.

7. Create some partition (''Dinding Seri''-refer to the picture) between neighbour space to respect their privacy and to create a private personal discussion or space while having party. 

8. Don't forget to place some lighting effect near at sitting area to create a mood as a resort feeling. 

9. Choice a tropical design at your garden to make easy/less maintenance but not free maintenance. This is because tropical design is more suitable with our weather and the character of plants with big leave and there is no seasoning plants.

Garden Makeover - Re Planting

This is one of our garden project for semi-d type of house. At first the garden looks so bare, abandoned and under no maintenance at all. The owner is too busy to maintain an existing look. She called us to do some upgrading work to her garden. And here we are to do some changes, restoration and of course some miracle touch to her garden.

With limited  of budget and time,we have delivered a gorgeous garden to our client house.

There are so many potted and vase, we managed to created an English concept to our client garden in 2 days. 

Basically we try to enhance,recycle and use back existing potted to created something beautiful without having so many wastage's. And here we are, an awesome garden ready to enjoyed for Hari Raya celebration .

Tropical Garden (Design,Build & Maintenance)

Create an ideal space and produce such elegant views in the resort is not impossible in the middle of development density cities. Environment and natural views can now be enjoyed in homes. Beautiful gardens are now part of the trend and urban development needs today.

Try to initiate and implement a tropical plants concept to your yard space are not daydreams nowadays. Resort views plus an elegant jungle look are now can be enjoyed at our yard. Such a culture that we adopt to our space. Tropical concept is inspired by our own Malaysian nature.

Selection and arrangement of trees and flowers are important in creating a sense of nature. Herbs shrubs such as pandanus, thyme, lemongrass and curry leaf tree can improve the mood of your tropical garden. Selection of exotic trees such as alokasia can produce designs to more tropical garden concept. Plant fragrances are also important in producing tropical garden mood. Selection of trees such as jasmine (Muraya), species diversity, such as Plumeria Rubra frangipanie can produce such a vanilla rose fragrance.

Process clearing on site:

To remove an old palm tree, not just at cut on the trunk of the tree, even 2 feet or 3 feet should be digging in to ensure that tree roots can be remove completely.

Even in process of clearing the area, cleanliness in the area are important to make sure  customer feel comfortable even during the renovation of their home.

Cover drain area with blue sheet/canvas so that the soil does not be in. 

Garden Makeover - Corner Lot

We just presented the design followed the customer wish list. Our overall design make customer happy except the pond area, customer insist to use the existing and change the free form slab idea to brick slab. 

Before photo, customer wish list: to remove the existing palm and redesign the overall garden with Tropical Garden Concept.   

Wish List: Customer want to remain the garden furniture and change the overall slab + look spaces.

Customer wish list : to beautify cat house area with modern concept. This area facing west and it hot during evening hour. The area must shaded, cozy and solve the problem of uneven ground contour.
